Here we go, before you go to bed make sure you eat a light food, any food that does not get your body heavy. In the morning the first thing to do is to ease yourself, forcing it is also part of the exercise. Now let roll out for the main action!
Step 1. Jogging:
We can start by jogging, jog for 5 minutes to ease up and make our body flexible. Alternatively, climbing stairs up and down or skipping rope is also welcomed.
2.Regular Crunches:
Regular crunches is one of main belly lossing exercises. Start by Lying down on the floor with your back (you can use a mat to rest on) bend your knees and then hold your two hands below your neck (you may put your feet under a chair or ask someone to press it down for you). Then lift your upper body to almost touch your knee then fall back again. Repeat this 10 times and you must increase the counts each day until you get to 30 or 40 times per day. If my very lazy friend, Ruphina Akor, could do 40reps then you can surely do more!
3. Oblique Crunches:
One of the best belly burning exercise workouts is oblique crunches exercise. There are two types, right twist left oblique exercise and left twist right oblique exercise.
Right twist left exercise: Start by lying down on your mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Then hold your hands at the back of your head and rise your upper body with a twist, then try to touch your right knee with your left elbow, repeat 10 times. Then move to left twist right part.
Left twist right oblique crunches: Start by lying down on your mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor as you did earlier. Then, hold your hands at the back of your head, rise your upper body and twist your body, then try to touch your left knee with your right elbow in the process, repeat 10 times to balance up with the first one.
Step 4: Bicycle Exercise:
Bicycle exercise is one of the best exercise for lossing belly . Start by lying down on your mat and placing your hand behind your head for support. Move your legs as if you are riding a bicycle, while elbows move diagonally across the body to touch the knee on the opposite side (left knee to right elbow, right knee to your left elbow).
Step 5. Bend Frontward and Backward:
This loose belly workout method may be simple but it makes a lot of difference. Start by standing upwards then bend forward and make sure your forehead touches your knees, remain so for 40 seconds or 1 minutes then back to position. Now bend backwards, go as far as you can and hold for 30 seconds then back to position. Repeat this 3 times.
6. Sit and bend forward:
Sit down on the mat and straighten your legs, then bend forward until your forehead touches your knee, remain so for 25 to 30 seconds and return to position.
Step 7. Plank Exercise:
Plank belly loosing exercise is easier than it looks. Start by lying face down on your mat. Then lift your body - resting your weight on your forearms and toes. keeping your body in a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles remain so for 30 to 40 seconds then return to starting position.
Finally, After all the exercises, jog again for 20 seconds to ease up your whole body and avoid any body pains.

How to get loose belly through healthy diets:
There is need for you to put a real thought on the kind of food you eat and how often you consume them. Treating diets and exercise as a routine is the best way you can get a loose belly. It might be difficult at initial stage but gradually you will get use to it and even see it as your hubby.
You should follow the basic rules below when planning your diet:
1: Eat little healthy foods, divide them into 5 - 7 servings to stabilize your blood sugar stable and cravings under control.
2: Make sure that each food you take contains a reasonable amount of protein.
3: Eat a large amount of vegetables. It might be difficult to eat too much when it comes to vegetables so attack as much as you can.
